To boil during three quarters of hour in three liters of water the following integral cereals, preferably ground:
25 grams of rice
25 grams of barley
25 grams of oats
25 grams of wheat
To take between three and six glasses a day.

Linseed emollient, chanca piedra and tail of horse; 2 glasses per day, in fasting.
For a liter of water add:

2 spoonfuls of linseed
A few small branches of horse tail
1 spoonful of chanca piedra
Make boil it.
