Saute chard ½ dozen. Chop the leaves finely and fry with 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic and 1 chopped onion. Accompany with mashed potatoes.

½ cabbage parboil in salted water, when cooked cut finely and place in a buttered mold, cover with white sauce and add ½ cup bread crumbs. Bake until dough is golden brown.

Fry 4 cloves of garlic and onion diced ½. Add chopped olives 100 grams and 200 grams of the same olive liquefied. Add 2 cups rice, 2 ½ cups of boiled water and some salt. Let cook. Finally, add 50 grams of raisins and pecans.
