The diet for the hyperactive children picks up four important points:

 

  • The essential fatty acids help to regulate the inflammation and nervous irritability. The children with DAH would have to reduce the animal fat consumption and to increase the one of blue fish and olive oil. A daily spoonful of oil of codfish liver is indicated in smaller children of ten years.

  • In general any food without fat deleting packaged potato chips, ketchup, mayonnaise, except for the made at home Snack
  • The same options of the breakfast.

    Dinner
  • To eat light, to favor a good rest.
  • It can be alternated between a broth, a plate of integral rice with vegetables or including some portion of pizza of mozzarella preferably done with integral flour.
