To cut in small pieces the tender part of the asparagus, to cook in water with salt; to slip. Aside, in a casserole, gild with butter 1 onion and 1 tooth of ground garlic, to add the asparagus and to dust 1 spoonful of fine flour. Add a little vegetable broth and to let boil. Before serving, adding 1 white egg beaten. To accompany with white rice.
