Cook 1 kilo of broccoli and 4 garlic in the water. When they are tender, after straining them, they are ground in the blender with 1 liter of meat broth concentrate. To add the mixture in a container that contains 100 grams of fused vegetal butter and to let boil minutes before incorporating a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve and to dust grated cheese.

Place 4 fillets of salmon on a bed of fresh thyme. Add rosemary, 8 leaves of laurel and 2 teaspoons of juice of lemon and orange. Cover the plate with platinum and bake to 200 degrees during 20 minutes. Accompany with white rice.
