Soup of spinach, quinoa, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Their stews can be of cauliflower or some menestras, integral rice and its lettuce salad with olives.

• Tomatoes soup with vegetables
• Omelet of tomatoes
• Celery salad with radishes

• Fruit juice (citric) with slices of pineapples or papayas.

• Natural Yogurt
• Meatballs with meat of soya
• Pudding of corn

To mix 6 beaten eggs, 1 minced onion in squares, 1 cup of soya cheese, 1 tooth of garlic, 1 cup of cooked gluten and grinding, and grated bread. This mixture is kneaded well making a round form. Then fry in a little of hot good oil. To serve, accompanied of vegetable salad.

To cut 3 great tomatoes, to mix with 1 minced onion in Julian, 1 tooth of minced garlic and ½ pepper cut in plasters. To add 2 beaten eggs, 1 pinch of salt and 3 spoonfuls of integral flour; mix and fry all the ingredients.
