Boiled1 cup of kiwicha in boiled water until it bursts. Aside, to beat 3 eggs; the first clear ones, soon the yolks. To mix with kiwicha without water. To gild ½ cup of minced onion, 2 garlic and salt; and to incorporate to kiwicha. To form little masses, pass them through flour and fry.
