ANXIETY NATURAL TREATMENTS

It’s a suffering that involves an undesirable and unjustified emotion, whose intensity is out of proportion with the possible threat that causes it. The anxiety is usually demonstrated externally with a state of nervous hyperexcitement. It can be acute or chronic and affects the majority of young population; it’s more frequent in women than in men. Hereunder we present the possible treatments for anxiety.

Maca: It’s used for problems of tension, stress, anxiety, depressive state.
Ginseng: It’s used to fight against the depression and to reduce the state of personal stress.
Borage: It’s used to balance the excess of suprarenal hormones that is produced in a situation of stress. Take as infusion a spoonful of dry leaves of borage by cup of water. Drink a couple of glasses a day.
Valerian: It’s used against any type of nervous and depressive disorder – palpitations, spasms, vomitings, nervous exhaustion, stress, etc. Take as infusion some 15 grams of root of the plant that is left to rest during all the night.
White hawthorn: It’s especially indicated to get to sleep and in a situation of personal anxiety. Take as infusion a spoonful of dry flowers of white hawthorn by cup of water. Drink a couple of cups a day.
