BRONCHIECTASIS NATURAL TREATMENTS

Dilation of the bronchi, with stinking breathing, violent fits of cough and abundant expectoration of mucus-purulent type. It can be congenital or (and it is the most frequent case) acquired, in cases of chronic inflammation of the same bronchi. Hereunder we present the possible treatments for bronchiectasis.

Garlic: You can use the bulb. Make a soft hydroalcoholic extract. Put to marinade during 3 – 4 weeks a part of dry garlic in four parts of alcohol of 95º. Drink 20 – 30 drops in milk or water or also in a lump of sugar.

Hyssop: The leaves and the flower are used. Do an infusion at 2%, rest 15 minutes. Drink three little cups daily. Contraindications: In state of pregnancy, on inflammatory states and nervous individuals.

Elder: It is known because it forms part of the named pectoral flowers, which are used for problems of respiratory tracks. Do baths of chest and head adding a handful of elder flowers and another of eucalyptus leaves in a washbasin with boiling water.
