BRUXISM NATURAL TREATMENTS

The bruxism is the grinding of teeth. It treats the bruxism being nocturnal or daytime with medicinal plants like valerian, sage, thyme or camomile.
The bruxism is an alteration of the mouth that consists in bringing too much pressure or to make to grind the teeth without being aware of that. This alteration can be produced during the night (nocturnal bruxism) or during the day (daytime bruxism). Hereunder we present the possible treatments for bruxism.

Valerian: It acts against any type of nervous and depressive disorder – palpitations, spasms, vomitings, nervous exhaustion, stress, etc. Take as infusion of some 15 grams of the root of the plant that is left to rest during all the night.
Sage: Add to the bath water the infusion of 3 spoonfuls of dry plant in a liter of water. Take a bath during 15 or 20 minutes.
Thyme: It is a relaxing and very soft somniferous. In situations of tiredness or general heaviness it can be applied a relaxing bath adding in the bath water a good portion of infusion of thyme flowers.
Camomile: By having soft sedative properties, it results appropriate to relieve the physical effects of psychosomatic nature produced by depression, as they can be palpitations, acidity, headache, etc. Take as infusion a spoonful of dry flowers of camomile. Drink a cup by the nights before sleeping.
