HYPOTHYROIDISM NATURAL TREATMENTS

Are problems of internal secretion glands. Hypothyroidism is a metabolic disorder characterized because the thyroid produces little thyroid hormone. Here are the possible treatments for hypothyroidism.

Fucus: contains iodine which is suitable to produce more thyroid hormones. Take this seaweed preparations sold in pharmacies and specialist shops. The usual dose is usually about 650 mg of powdered extract of this plant.

Gentian: Helps increase the production of thyroid hormone. Macerate to 0.2% of the gentian root for a couple of days. Strain well and dissolve 400 gr. honey. Drink a couple of cup a day.

Minerals: Besides iodine, it is important to have adequate levels of copper, zinc, selenium and iron.


Nut: Stimulates the production of thyroid hormones. Put to boil 4 nuts per liter of water for 20 minutes. Drink two cups daily. Eating fresh walnuts or walnut oil to use raw in salads.

Pasiflora: It relieves the symptoms of hypothyroidism nervous. Take a couple of tablespoons infusion of the plant dry for half a liter of water. Drink a couple of small cup a day.

Vitamin C: Helps regulate production of thyroid hormone. The usual dose is 1000 mg daily.


Vitamin B: It is a good regulator of the thyroid. The usual dose is one tablet daily of a complex of vitamin B.
