Apples: Eat some apples unpeeled.
Chard: To cook 30 grams chard leaves in 300 ml water, take 3 times a day.
Dandelion: Take infusion of Dandelion to detoxify the bowel.
Fennel: Infusion of fennel cleans and detoxifies the intestine.
Fiber: Eat wheat bran and prunes.
