  • PHYSICAL

The physical exhaustion is a subjective feeling of lack of physical energy. This could be solved with homemade remedies or medicinal plants. Hereunder we present the possible treatments for physical exhaustion.
Take baths with magnesium salts; do first during 9 days a daily bath of hot water (34°C); then other 9 baths in alternate days and, finally, continue with a week bath during a year.

SageGive yourself a warm water bath before go to bed.
The calcium can reduce the tension and favor the relaxation; this mineral is found in the dairy products and in some vegetables, just like in the turnips.
Drink lemon juice mixed with water; it’s relaxing and rich in vitamin C.

Eat salads every day mixed with garlic and onion.
