  • SPRAINS

Sprains is the twist or stretching of a ligament. Wrist Sprains and ankle are common. Symptoms include pain, swelling, bruising and an inability to move the joint. You may feel a snap or a tear when the injury occurs. Here are the possible treatments of sprains.

Arnica: Arnica tincture solubilised in water. Soak a cloth and apply on affected area.

Amaranth or Kiwicha Apply amaranth leaves or crushed kiwicha well as a poultice on the affected areas.


AloeAloe: Make a poultice of aloe vera on the inflamed area (head).

Chamomile baths: Take baths with chamomile reduce the inflammation in  the swelling in the body.
