STIFFNESS NATURAL TREATMENTS

They are muscular pains that are produced after a great muscular effort in individuals not physical prepared and are characterized by a sensation of tightening and a pain pretty big by working again the muscle.

For your relief:

• Rub the muscles with alcohol of 90º.

• Rub the zone with half lemon.

• Drink a spoonful of bicarbonate with a little of water.

• Rub the affected zone with a mix of 10 drops of essential oil of thyme in two spoonfuls of olive oil. Don’t drink the essential oil. Add 20 drops to the bath water. Take a bath during 15 or 20 minutes. Add to the bath water the infusion of 3 spoonfuls of dry plant of thyme in a liter of water. Take a bath during 15 or 20 minutes.

• Application of a lotion on the affected zone with apple vinegar.

• Application of a lotion on the affected zone with ointment of arnica.
